Andrew joined the firm in 2017 and leads the Betting & Gaming department. His key specialisms encompass gambling and skill gaming law, regulatory compliance, regulatory and corporate structuring, Intellectual Property licensing, and sports sponsorship agreements, notably overseeing major shirt sponsorships for Tottenham Hotspur FC, Crystal Palace FC, and Bournemouth FC during his career.
Andrew is also a Director of Advennt Ltd, a joint venture between Ramparts and Amber Gaming. He originated and delivered the concept for Advennt, a digital research assistant that provides updated regulatory and practical analysis of the international gaming landscape, featuring critical content provided by expert gambling lawyers from around the world.
Prior to private practice, Andrew spent a decade as Group General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at a major international gaming company, where he managed global legal and compliance functions and led the group’s successful attainment of ISO27001 data security certification. He now provides strategic consultancy services at the board and executive level to numerous online gambling and skill-based gaming operators, helping them navigate complex regulatory perimeters and grow their businesses internationally.

He holds a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property Law, Diploma in International Anti-Money Laundering Law (Distinction) and a Diploma in Applied European Law.
