Arnas is a Trainee Associate at Ramparts, bringing over six years of experience within the legal profession. A qualified solicitor in England and Wales since 2023, he previously served as a Paralegal and Associate at a leading firm in London, where he developed a strong background in navigating complex corporate, commercial, and insurance litigation.

His professional background includes substantial experience in international arbitration and high-value, cross-border commercial disputes. Arnas was recognised by The Legal 500 as a key lawyer in 2024 and 2025 for insurance and reinsurance litigation, with additional recognition in international arbitration in 2025. Proficient in both English and Lithuanian, he provides a global perspective that assists the firm in delivering effective results for an international client base.

Currently training as a lawyer in Gibraltar, Arnas leverages his extensive dispute resolution experience, which includes prior work on complex ICC proceedings as well as matters before the High Court and Court of Appeal in the UK, to assist and support the legal team generally across the firm’s diverse workstreams.

Experience Advising

Prior to joining Ramparts, and whilst acting as a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, Arnas:

Drafted pre-action protocol correspondence and pleadings for complex international litigation, managing proceedings in arbitration, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal.

Coordinated disclosure processes and witness evidence in high-value fraud and financial manipulation claims.

Provided regulatory support and initial draft legal advice on insurance and financial services matters.

Managed complex international litigation, liaising with clients, foreign counsel, and third-party experts to ensure regulatory compliance.

Professional Activities

Arnas is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and regularly writes and publishes articles on many areas of law, including alternative dispute resolution and emerging trends in commercial litigation.

He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from The University of Law, London, and a BA in International Law and Politics from Middlesex University, including a full academic year as an exchange student at KU Leuven (Belgium), where he studied International Law.
