Fiona Young

Fiona specialises in employment law and human resource management. She has over 20 years of experience in both the UK and Gibraltar and has advocated on behalf of her clients in the Gibraltar Employment Tribunal.  She has worked in both private legal practice specialising in Litigation and Employment law and in-house, heading up human resource operations. She is a qualified interpersonal and commercial mediator and has worked as a mediator for the Gibraltar Employment Tribunal and regularly provides mediation services in both the private and public sectors.

Fiona is a well-respected member of the Gibraltar legal community and is thought of as someone who is approachable, knowledgeable and fair. This, coupled with her calm reassuring demeanour and solution-driven attitude, means that she is able to smoothly transition the most complex and heated of employment disputes towards resolution and settlement.
