Nicholas acquired a wide range of experience before joining Ramparts by first acting for clients in the Magistrates’ Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal, with an emphasis on criminal litigation and family law.
He then developed a strong background in Fintech, as well as Corporate and Commercial law matters, including cross-border structures and multi-jurisdictional financing transactions, group restructures, mergers and acquisitions, token issuances, licence applications, and international tax planning.
Nicholas now advises his clients across various industries with both a local and international focus on corporate transactional work, distributed ledger technology matters, and commercial projects.
