Tyrene joined Ramparts in 2021, bringing deep-rooted experience in the Gibraltar investment funds and financial services sector. Having been active in the industry since 2010, she has developed a unique, 360-degree perspective on investment funds business by managing the complex intersection of fund administration, company management, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Tyrene served as the Head of Compliance and MLRO for a Gibraltar-licensed group, where she oversaw professional trustee, corporate, and fund administration services. Her senior leadership background also includes serving as a Director of the group’s corporate service arm.

This rare combination of high-level operational and regulatory experience allows Tyrene to act as a versatile sector expert. She provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of the operational realities involved in establishing corporate structures, managing ongoing secretarial requirements, and navigating intricate regulatory landscapes. Currently training as a lawyer, Tyrene leverages this background to provide highly commercial, solution-oriented support across funds, financial services, and private client matters. She also assists the team with civil litigation matters.
