Tyrene joined Ramparts in 2021. Prior to joining us Tyrene was the Head of Compliance and MLRO of a Gibraltar-licensed group of companies providing company management, professional trustee, and fund administration services. Previously she was also a director of the corporate service arm of the group.
Tyrene is an experienced company manager, trustee, and fund administrator and can assist clients with the establishment of corporate structures, the provision of ongoing secretarial services and fund administration services, compliance and regulatory services, and other administrative and operational support services.
