Introducing the Recent Joiners:
- Peter Young (Consultant): Brings over 25 years of international legal and investment experience. Admitted in England and Wales, Gibraltar, and Ireland, he specialises in investment funds, tax, private equity, and technology-driven sectors such as e-money and cryptocurrencies.
- Fiona Young (Consultant): A specialist in employment law and human resource management with over 25 years of experience in the UK and Gibraltar. Fiona is a renowned expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and serves as a mediator for the Gibraltar Employment Tribunal.
- Tessa Rosado-Standen (Associate): Admitted in England and Wales and Gibraltar, and a First Class Honours graduate of the University of Cambridge, she brings a unique perspective to the firm from her previous career as a qualified teacher in the UK and Chile. Tessa focuses on corporate, commercial and private client work, alongside funds and employment litigation.
- Arnas Urbutis (Trainee Associate): A qualified solicitor in England and Wales since 2023 with a strong background in international arbitration and high-value commercial disputes. Currently training for local qualification in Gibraltar, he was recognised by The Legal 500 as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in 2024 and 2025.
- Laura Felipes (Paralegal): Joins the firm with over two decades of local experience. In her role as Paralegal, she focuses on assisting and supporting the legal team with the drafting of wills, the making of non-contentious probate applications, and the managing of residential property transactions, including deeds of conveyance and mortgages.
