Resilience Group announced the merger in July 2026 of Octopus International Business Services and Rampart Corporate Services, bringing their corporate, fiduciary and fund-administration teams together.

The merger brings two established local fiduciary and corporate-services businesses together for local businesses, international founders and family offices with Gibraltar administration needs. Resilience provides corporate, fiduciary and fund-administration services; legal advice remains with a separately instructed law firm.
